Neil Morrison Was Brother Bill

radioI always liked Brother Bill when he was on CFNY Edge102. I was sorry when he left Toronto for Vancouver and lost touch with him after that. It turns out he's working at 99.3 The Fox in Vancouver and he now goes by his birth name, Neil Morrison.

Freddie P will be appearing on Neil Morrison's show every Friday, and he debuted there today. Here's the audio, complete with Canadian Thinker promotions.

The best part is when Fred keeps calling Neil Morrison "Bill".

Toronto Mike Verified as the defacto Toronto Mike

Yes, sadly, this is true.

Corus has handed Neil Morrison a pink slip. He's been relieved of his duties at CFOX.

Just last week I recorded a call I had with Neil Morrison that will be a part of episode 82 of my podcast in honour of Martin Streek. Here's hoping Neil Morrison lands on his feet after 20+ years of good radio.

Damn. As if. Just read about it online and was wondering if this was true.

Neil and I were acquaintances back in the mid-1980s. We both lived in Brampton. He played bass in one local band, while I played keys in another.

As Brother Bill, he was excellent on the air. I haven't heard him in forever though.

Maybe he'll come to his senses and return to GTA life. (Neil: DO IT!)
