The Toronto Bills

billsThe Buffalo Bills are seeking approval to play a preseason and at least one regular season game in Toronto. When I followed the NFL, the Bills were my favourite team. If anything can bring me back to the NFL, it's the relocation of the Bills to Toronto.

Yes, this is only one preseason game and a single regular season game, and it has to get both county and state approval, but this could be the beginning. Ralph Wilson is 89 years old and won't live forever, and I have no doubt a Toronto NFL franchise would be wildly successful, and I don't believe such an occurrence would kill the Argonauts. The Toronto Bills would be fantastic.

And it all starts with a regular season game in 2009.

It won't happen as long as the CFL exists. There is a deal between the NFL and the CFL that the NFL stays out of Canada as long as the CFL is Viable.

Toronto Mike

But what if the NFL promises not to squash the CFL, but support it. Toronto can support both, I think. The CFL will always have is fans and the NFL will have theirs.

I want the Bills in Toronto and I want Flutie to come out of retirement and lead us to the Super Bowl... and the Grey Cup!

If MLSE has any part of it, they've already indicaated that they won't give two shits about the CFL. Yet another reason to dislike the company. I don't like the idea and I hope Bob McCowan is right when he says it ain't going to happen.

Bob McCowan is gonna have to eat his words, cause T.Dot is getting the Bills.
