The Last Samurai: 7 out of 10.
The Last Samurai looks pretty cool. They do a great job recreating rural Japan in the 1870s and the fight scenes look great. Although it's a little cliché, the story isn't half bad either and Ken Watanabe does a fantastic job as Katsumoto. Unfortunately, it's a little too long and there are parts in middle where it hangs. Tighten this sucker up and make it a little less predictable and you've got yourself a fine flick here.
