Batteries for Children's Miracle Network

The following entry is sponsored by Duracell.

Each year, thousands of children and their families spend time in Canadian hospitals over the holidays. For children staying in the hospital, often something as simple as a new working toy or game can help make a child's hospital stay a little brighter, by giving them the power to imagine a better tomorrow.

For the 10th year in a row Duracell will be donating a year supply of batteries to hospital playrooms across the country to power smiles this holiday season and beyond. For every pack of Duracell batteries sold at Walmart in December 2016, Duracell will donate to Children’s Miracle Network. The goal this year is to raise $150,000.

To find out more on how you too can support Children's Miracle Network hospitals to power imagination of kids throughout the holidays visit Duracell.com/cmn.

My favourite product-warning of all time read, "Do not use batteries as toothpaste." Would love to know the story behind the need for that disclaimer.
