Six hours later and no comment... seems like no on can disagree.

I'm still not going to disagree. That nails Toronto sports - and Toronto sports fans - too well.

I believe the Leafs belong in the same section as the Raptors.

How is the Toronto Rock "Doomed to Mediocrity"? And is there much of a difference between "Doomed to Mediocrity" and "Haven't won $hit in my lifetime"?

Didn't the Marlies make the "AHL" finals two years ago?

September 17, 2013 / 06:58

@Derrick -

Yes, the Marlies made it to the finals. Did they win?

September 17, 2013 / 09:12

@Corey, no, but if the Maple Leaf's made it to the Stanley Cup final would we put them in the "Haven't won $hit" category?

The Marlies won the western conference final. I would say that's winning $hit.

@Derrick -

Nope. Getting to the finals doesn't mean anything if you don't win all the marbles.

I disagree with that opinion. If the Maple Leaf's won the Eastern Conference Final or the Blue Jays won the AL East then I don't think they would be placed where they are in Mike's venn diagram, and I think your opinion would change also. It's because it's the Marlies and they are in the AHL that they have been placed where they are.
