Halloween is only a week away, but I've got bigger concerns. I can't believe a Scooby Doo fan like myself just learned there were Scary Scooby Funnies in 1985.

As a kid I fondly remember Saturday morning cartoons on ABC, via WKBW Buffalo.
I'd be so excited I'd wake up extra early at 6:30, and they started at 7.
But that half hour before they began was hell for a no-patience ten year old, because WKBW would air a riveting show about farming. I think it was called "Agriculture USA".
At that point in my life the visual I had of farming was the pleasant Old Macdonald variety. Little did I know that in reality you had to stick your hand into the orifices of various beasts now and then.
Commander Tom and Rocketship 7 was my go to program, with SuperFriends, the Sid and Marty Kroft Shows, and Bigfoot and Wildboy. It always confused me though, why Bigfoot seemed to be bionic though like the Six Million Dollar Man...
