I get a serious Martha Stewart vibe off of it, and that's not a good thing.

This old man was ranting and raving a few years back about things he didn't get, and included MuchMusic on that list.

I don't get MuchMusic these days. I know I'm too old for MuchMusic, but it used to be a fairly cool station. There were music videos and interesting complementary programming, and now there's just reality crap, unfunny fromage-type shows and reruns of The OC. MuchMusic has gone from hero to zero.

Now get off of my lawn!

It kind of reminds me of the 60's era backdrops for tv shows. Especially with a music act in it. Not that I am old enough to have been around in the 60s. I'm basing this on what I have seen on recordings.

Get yer'self an antenna, point it towards Buffalo and watch "The Cool TV" (channel 49.2). Best free video station I've seen (some of the video stations available in the UK on satellite are pretty good too).

I didn't mind the Ed the Sock Fromage shows that ended each calendar year, but I was writing about those shows where they show a video and have a few talking heads trying to be funny and making fun of it all. Those shows were awful.

They didn't just unveil it. That's been Much's logo for quite a while now.

Anyway, I like the logo. It suits the channel as it is now. However, it would not suit the channel as it used to be...

MM has become yet another clone. It use to be groundbreaking however it's now just airheads babbling on about nothing.
