Today is the perfect day to share my favourite song from the first band I saw live in concert, Chalk Circle.

great track Mike.
that song singularly defines one summer back in high school.
a friend and i packed up his tiny car and headed to wasaga beach for a week of sun and suds. we had very little money, so we planned on sleeping in the car, with the seats completely upright of course because the rest of the car was filled with beer.
but on day two, we met 3 girls who invited us to stay with them at their kick ass cottage for the rest of the week - and the benefits didn't stop there...
every day was debaucherous.. barbecue, beach, booze and constant partying and dancing to that particular song as it just came out on cfny.
a week i'll never forget.
