I HATE Cathy!

She has to be the most annoying comic character, and if she were a real person, I would avoid her at all cost. There's only so much whining and complaining a person can take before you start rolling your eyes and turn the newspaper page.

Do you think she'll finally lose all that weight she's complained about in the last comic?

Cathy is — and always has been — annoying. Any single woman who actually relates to her is beyond me. I have never found her funny or profound. If anything, she was an embarrassment to single women everywhere. She cried about everything, or freaked out (as the photo you chose shows). Her life is always in shambles. I hate to have to say this, Mike, but it's like she was always on PMS or something.

Fare thee well, Cathy, you won't be missed.

i dislike all comics.

when i get the weekend papers i scan through the comics section to see if they're any worse than the previous week's, and they never fail to disappoint.

i find that they're usually absolutely unfunny. i imagine it's tough to be funny in four or five frames every single day, but if that's the elite level of comic writing, then maybe we should simply not publish them anymore.

there's only one i don't mind. i think it's called Dilbert. sorta reminds me of the humour in The Office.
