13-Year Old QB Commits to USC

David Sills of Bear, Delaware made a verbal commitment to Lane Kiffin to play his college football at USC. Sills can't play until 2015, however. You see, Sills is only 13.
When I was 13, I was just figuring out how to throw a spiral. Sills is slightly better than I was. Check out this video.

Maybe the Bills could just draft him right out of high school hes better than Trent Edwards and Ryan Fitzpatrick right now, in 4 years he'll be ready to take the Bills to the playoffs
