Tipitina's Foundation - O Holy Night
A long time ago, there were two NBC series that took place behind the scenes of an SNL-like variety show. We all know and love "30 Rock", but do you remember Aaron Sorkin's "Studio 60 on the Sunset Strip"?
I watched "Studio 60 on the Sunset Strip", and three years later a song that aired on that series still makes my holiday playlist. There was a Christmas episode in which band members called in sick to create work for New Orleans musicians in need of cash. These musicians were given a spot on the show and they performed this fantastic rendition of "O Holy Night".

Mike --
thank you so much for posting this! I just watched that episode of Studio 60 last night and the music made me cry, basically. Now I listen to it again, and it does it again.
