This is the title track from Depeche Mode's fifth studio album, released in 1986. I was surprised when this song was omitted from Depeche Mode's double disc greatest hits compilation "The Singles 86-98". As Depeche Mode albums go, Black Celebration is the red-headed step child.

I've always liked this song.

Fav band ever. Loved how they became successfully with the mainstream media never fully giving them their due.

Black Celebration is one of my more favourite albums. It has a great collections of songs, but "Black Celebration" is probbaly one of the best off of the album.
