The Blog is Dead: Humble Howard Chooses Twitter

Published by Toronto Mike on October 6, 2009 @ 20:02 in Humble and Fred

twitterA little over three years ago, I gave Toronto morning radio host Humble Howard his own blog. 1263 entries later, we've decided to kill it. The Humble Howard blog is dead.

I spent a whole 4 minutes designing the new HumbleHoward.com. Click on over and check out the new digs. The new site has a single call to action, and that is...

Follow @HumHow on Twitter. He love tweeting, and he really is quite funny on that thing. I think 140 characters is his sweet spot.

And since I mentioned Twitter, follow @torontomike, will ya?

Any way I can follow you on twitter other than joining twitter Mike?

I can see how some people like twitter but for me I just check in to torontomike.com a few times a day.

My 10 year old daughter looks at Homer Simpsons page daily.

Can you give me a quick primer on how following work.

Too bad about HH just twittering.

Horonymous, I have that right sidebar for folks like you who want to peek at the tweets without "following". You'll always see the most recent 10 tweets right here.

Tell your daughter I updated my Homer Simpson Quote of the Week page every Sunday morning for years. I love that page.

Well Howard fits the deomraphic of those you use Twitter. Guys who think they are hip but actually look like losers for using Twitter. Mike....you like Twitter don't you?

There really should be an age limit for tweeting. Like say, if you're anywhere near 40, you can't do it.

I will miss hh. Tried being a Twit, not for me. I think you need to be more wired than I am to benefit.
