Halloween Day Carving

halloweenI just realized tomorrow is Halloween. It's been that kind of week.

I've got my pumpkin, but it's uncarved. I do believe this is the first time I'll be doing the carving on Halloween Day. The pressure is on... there's no room for error.

Dare I cheat and download a pumpkin stencil? Nah... I'm going to kick it old school.

Just finished carving our pumpkin with DD 11 and setting up pumpkin dude in the chair on the porch.

We are behind the 8 ball on this one too. We have a little man none too thrilled that he is missing halloween. He gets to go back to the doctor for halloween!!

I have the dremel ready though for some kind of carving when we get back. I'm going to catch hell from the neighbourhood kids if I dont' have some funky pumpkin.

I remember looking for some stencils a few years ago and it was hard to find anything good because a lot of sites wanted money for their designs. What kind of loser would pay for something like that I don't know.

I just find a pic of something I like online print the picture and wing it as I go.
