It's not really your true mash up with lyrics from both songs.

It's Louis singing to Radiohead background.

It's good though.

I would argue this is still a mash-up in every sense of the term, because it's two songs mashed together.

I don't know that I could be much less interested. I'll take the original Louis - or the Joey Ramone cover - anytime. Maybe even the Rod Stewart cover...
