Sam's Auto Repair in the SHA (1986)

puckYears ago, I wrote about the worst team I ever played for. I was a forward with the CN Towers in the Swansea Hockey Association. We played at Rennie Park and went 0-15 one season.

I was just going through some old photos when I found a shot of Sam's Auto Repair, another team I played for at Swansea. With Sam's Auto Repair, I got my first taste of playoff hockey. I remember we lost a very close semi-final game against Mr. Grocer.

Here's Sam's Auto Repair, probably in 1986.

No Hockey team memories here but badly skating at outdoor Rennie Park, with its big rink /little rink - that brings back a few. That and [assumingly] disappointing my dad by prefering to tobbogan at the big hill instead.
