Total failure if you ask me - I think it was Manitoba (somewhere out west) actually recorded an INCREASE in power from 830-930.

Hopefully it'll catch on...year round.

Doesn't seem to be much difference between the lights that are on in the two pictures.
Why aren't lights in the towers reduced every night?
