And a big honourable mention to Face/Off, a movie I really liked at the time, but liked less and less with each subsequent viewing.

And The Rock was pretty cool, too.

Leaving Las Vegas is vastly overrated.
I don't think I could name 5 good Nicholas Cage movies. I am going to have to IMDB him and remind myself. But all the ones I can think of really crap but crap with Marshmellows.
Con-Air
Face/Off
The Rock

What about Valley Girl?
Cage did a great Travolta on Quaaludes.

Also liked
Raising Arizona
Con Air
National Treasure
Face Off

Don't remember Cage in Fast Times.

Cage was in Fast Times for about 6 seconds... and he's credited as Nicolas Coppola, his birth name.

You left out Red Rock West, which is my favorite Cage movie. It developed a following on cable and was then released to theaters. FIlm noir. Also stars Lara Flynn Boyle and Dennis Hopper.
