A House Divided in Parkdale - High Park

VoteI voted last weekend, but my wife didn't vote until this morning. I've just learnt that we're a house divided. In a too-tight-to-call fiercely competitive battle between the incumbent NDP MP Peggy Nash and the popular Liberal challenger Gerard Kennedy, we're on different sides of the fence.

The results will soon be coming in and it will be interesting to see who wins the seat. Peggy Nash has won before, and is well liked in the community, but Kennedy was a very popular MPP here for a good decade. My money is on Nash but Taryn is sure Kennedy will win.

It won't be long now. For live results starting at 10pm, check out http://www.cbc.ca/news/canadavotes/.

Too bad you lost Peggy, she was a good rep.

Mike, was the election worth it? Should Dion go?

Hopefully she voted for Kennedy because she liked him better than Nash and not because she thought he would win (and therefore wanted to vote for the winning candidate).
