Tim Russert was the best, hands down. He asked tough questions of all whether conservative, liberal or independent, he brought the best out in all he interviewed, watching his show despite its political nature, you never could guess what party Russert was with. He kept it neutral. He did his homework.
He was also a true Buffalo guy and wore it on his sleeve when he could. He loved his home town.
All of us from Western NY will especially miss Tim. Go Bills.
This really was sudden. At 12:50 this afternoon, this discussion with him was published.

When Peter Jennings passed away, Tim Russert became my favourite political voice from the US networks.
