Oh wow... I ran into him one night at a bar in Newmarket many years ago, he was a great guy. Did a dead-on Tom Rivers too. RIP dude.

Was only familiar with Chris "Punch" Andrews from his traffic reports at CFRB. Can still hear him doing the traffic in that friendly, upbeat voice. Driving home tonight heard his interview with Jim Richards. What a fabulous person he was. We can all learn something from him. Stop smoking, and stop complaining about nonsense. What wonderful parents he must have had and my sympathy is extended to them, all of his family, and his friends. Sincerely, Maureen Hale, Oakville

ere is nothing negative that comes to mind when i think of Punch... from the day i met him while he was driving behind our school-bus and giving us the peace sign, i knew that he was an amazing person.
The countless times i went to mix and sat with him while he was hosting his radio shows will never ever be forgotten. He was an amazing influence in my life he taught me many different things about the media, making radio commercials and even inspired me to DJ.
I want to offer my deepest condolences to the family
