According to BlogTO, Google's free 411 service is now available here in Toronto. This is a pretty awesome service from Google that beats the crap out of the 75¢ 411 service we all hate to use. Program 1-800-4664-411 into your mobile phone now and you'll thank me later.

I just tried it and it's pretty slick. You just call 1-800-4664-411, say "Toronto", and name the company you want to call. Then, Google even connects you.
411 is dead. Long live Google's 411.
Just another highly useful free service from Google. Pretty soon we're all going to rely on them for everything and it'll be easy for them to take over the world haha.
I really like the "txt msg" option, as well as the map thing, which should play nicely with the iPhone I'm getting soon :)
Something that's been available here for a while already is Google SMS. Just send a txt message to GOOGLE (466453) with a simple question and it'll usually give you the answer you're looking for. It's great for checking movie times, sports scores (even DURING the game!) and stuff like that.
