tvBaltimore police officer Salvatore Rivieri doesn't like skateboarders who call him "dude".

Dude needs some perspective.

He's been suspended and they're investigating.

Wow, this guy needs to be taken down by the neck....who does this cop think he is anyway? Damn power trips, crazy, I love the end about how he was about to say "I better not find myself......" I'm sure he meant youtube.

You know what? I kind of enjoy watching mouthy pimply-faced teenage boys being taken down a notch or two. They're so tough when they're with their friends, but so weak when singled out. I think he may have peed his pants. I'm thinking "Dude" may have peed his pants too, when he realized someone had a camera.

I knew someone would have that opinion.

I say you don't get respect by making people fear you. This guy crossed several lines and these pimply faced teenage boys' only crime was skateboarding.

That's why I think the dude needs some perspective. These kids will forever distrust and dislike the police as a result of dude's over reaction.

Yeah, but it was kinda fun to watch. Kind of like Scared Straight for skateboarders.

Obviously the cop stepped over the line but like Lola I didn’t feel sorry for the punk.

And Mike, please, I seriously doubt this incident scars these punks in terms of not trusting the police. However, it will in future make them think about giving an adult lip again.

And to all of the punk skaters out there: Can you please land a jump just once in your life for Chrissakes!

Did you see the Florida cop pushing the quadriplegic out of his wheelchair at the station yesterday?
I think these cameras are causing a lot of embarrassment for the boys in blue.

I have to disagree with Lola. This was not fun to watch how this police
officer interacted with these young boys. Are they even teenagers? This guy
went totally overboard and went into this situation looking to engage in a
conflict. My husband and I have both been on the receiving end of treatment
like that from officers before and let me tell you I will teach my two
daughters to respect authority when respect and civility is given to them.
I will teach them to assert themselves to these type of powertrippers and
to always ask for their badge number.I personally think Dude is just angry
that he is out of shape and can't do a tailgrab or a wall ride on his
skateboard anymore.

RE: Lola

Are you retarded? Really, think about what you posted. you enjoy watching [...] kids being beat up by cops...you're one funny guy/girl. If you enjoy watching officers of the law beat on innocent people, then go right ahead and keep laughing at the kids in this video. You make me sick, Suck a branch F*cker =)
