The Dubie strikes again! Wade Dubielewicz was born in Invermere, BC and I think he hates Toronto. He knocks us down every chance he gets.
Mark Bell scored his second goal as a Leaf. You may recall the $50 Mark Bell bet I have with my brother. Last summer, after we acquired Mark Bell via trade, Ryan predicted he'd score 40 goals in his first season as a Leaf. I was positive he wouldn't score 20 and bet $50 he wouldn't. I didn't think he'd come close.
It was Mark Bell's 22nd game after a 15 game suspension. That puts him on pace for 6 goals this season.
