Mistaken Identity

I had to read the email twice. I received it yesterday afternoon and it both confused and amused me. I was being asked to speak at U of T for the Varsity Christian Fellowship.

I immediately forwarded the email to my mom and brothers for shits and giggles and then I replied. Here's what I wrote:

I have to ask...

How the heck am I a suitable speaker for the Varsity Christian Fellowship?

I just heard back from Rob and Esther. Not only did they have the wrong Mike, but they were given the wrong web site at which to contact me.

I'm actually a little disappointed. I would have prepared quite the speech for the Varsity Christian Fellowship. It could have been the start of an entirely new career.
