Today is my day. James and Michelle gave me an cute little iPod shuffle for when I go running and they each made me a little something. I'm told the iPod shuffle is a joint Father's Day and birthday gift, but I'm just glad to see my less-than-subtle hints weren't missed.
I spent the day playing with the kids, taking them to the park and enjoying a sweet little BBQ. Here's a photoset from earlier today.
This picture below was taken moments before I first became a dad. It's the last picture of a fatherless me. It was January 20, 2002, and everything was about to change forever. I may look happy in this picture, but I was yet to discover what true happiness is really all about.
