My quest to come up with a definitive list of the 100 best Canadian tunes of all-time is creating more buzz in NYC than A-Rod and his Brass Rail babe. I've never been inside the Brass Rail (it's true, I swear) but I watched her glowing lights from my balcony for two years in my early 20s.
