2007 Playoff Pool: Day Thirteen
Published by Toronto Mike on April 24, 2007 @ 08:57 in Hockey Playoff Pool
Round one has ended with the Canucks sending Dallas home. It's time to take a snapshot of where we're at in the pool. Here are the standings after one round.
T1. Ryan - 46
T1. Mike - 46
T3. Alvin - 35
T3. Joe - 35
T3. Gary - 35
T6. Marc - 34
7. Pops - 32
T8. Alexi - 30
T8. Steve - 30
If I look at things objectively, I like my chances. 9 of my 10 players have advanced to the second round whereas Ryan is down to 6. Ryan's big guns are Senators and my big guns are Devils, so that series will likely determine the champion. Go Devils Go!

Anything can happen and I certainly don't think it's over for a lot of people. It only took one weekend for you and Ryan to separate yourselves from the pack. It's way too early to declare this a two person race.
