Where in Toronto should I go or look for a dependable, economical used car for $4000 or less? Here's the deal. I'm getting a pretty decent tax refund this year, and I'm looking to spend the extra dough on a used car.

Try a scrapyard. $ 4,000.00 for a used car. You will probably be looking again within a short time. 1-2 years.
