That Guy

You know that guy. He's always gotta do something outrageous, stupid actually, and more than a little dangerous. He does this stuff because he didn't get enough attention as a child and now he's feeling neglected. Look at me! Look at me! He's so desperate for attention he'll be a jerk and proud of it. We all know that guy and as much as we'd like to ignore him and shake our heads in embarassment, his outrageous actions could actually hurt somebody and that's just not cool.

Kim Jong Il is that guy. Don't you just wanna kick his ass?
