Early in the second period, I recieved an instant message from my mother. It simply read "horrible". The Rangers had just scored to go up 2-0 and my mom knew what we all knew. The Leafs weren't coming back. I'm surprised we even managed to break the shutout.
It was another squandered opportunity as both Montreal and Atlanta lost. Lucifer might be proud of our 66 points in 66 games but he's the only one.
