This is a documentary about Troy Duffy, the man who wrote and directed "Boondock Saints". It's absolutely compelling as we watch the rise and fall of Duffy, a man who suffers from extreme delusions of grandeur. His massive ego is a byproduct of insecurity as he alienates himself from all who supported him, even Miramax's Harvey Weinstein.
I saw "Boondock Saints" and I quite liked it. With a different attitidude Duffy could have been a household name today. Instead, we root for his failure.
