We've lost 3 great actors in the last 3 days. Don Knotts as Barney Fife was 1 one of the best watching him on the Andy Griffith show, Darren MacGavin - the Night Stalker series & the narrator for A Christmas Story a great flick (I want a BB gun)& Dennis Weaver - McCloud, Gentle Ben (the father) & Gunsmoke. A threesome sorely missed. I grew up watching all 3 of these actors & feel part of my life is lost.

Darren McGavin as "The Old Man" was priceless in a true holiday classic. I'll never forget how proud he was of that leg lamp he won. As for the BB gun, I too want an official Red Ryder, carbine action, two-hundred shot range model air rifle!
