All About Star Wars

James and I have been having some intense discussions lately about Star Wars. Things heated up when he got his own light saber and now that I'm in possession of a DVD copy of "Star Wars: Episode III - Revenge of the Sith" we have a white flame.

He has a surprisingly good grasp on the fundamentals and seems sharp in his knowledge of the relationship between Luke, Leia and Darth Vader. What blew his mind was the relationship between Anakin and Darth Vader. I think he gets it now, but there was a clear struggle. Naturally, he asks a million questions and finds the entire galaxy fascinating.

Today he told me he won't have to fight his father like Luke did because his father is good and won't ever turn to the dark side. I asked him if he might end up like Anakin and he assured me that he's be good forever and besides, he doesn't want to wear a mask.
