Red Sauce

I love pasta. Spaghetti, rigatoni, penne rigate, rotini, it's all good. I have one rule though. My pasta must be covered with a tomato sauce. If the sauce ain't red, I ain't eatin' it.

I don't understand why anyone would want to have their pasta covered in a white sauce. It defies the laws of nature. Pasta doesn't want to be covered with alfredo sauce. I'm going red until I'm dead.
